Heres what happened step by step (timeline) : 

Pete and Ayman decide to record E4.

Ayman:  "i have THIS " (Produces a bottle of Horse Solider Bourbon).

Pete: "Ummm, YES, ill get the ice."

Ayman: "lets talk about police reform, shitbags and bourbon."

Pete: "F-it.  YES"

An hour later an episode was formed.
